Most items ship within 2–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

We are pleased to offer shipping within the United States. Below are the details of our shipping options:

Order Processing Time

All orders are printed on demand and processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Off Leash Designs, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Off Leash Designs, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Currently, we do not ship outside the United States.

If you’re not in love with your order, email us within 7 days of delivery. We offer refunds or exchanges on unused, non-custom items.
